Synopsis

Mima Kirigoe departs from J-pop idol unit CHAM! to focus on an acting career, a decision that provokes mixed reactions from fans and peers. She accepts a part in a gritty crime drama in an effort to discard her idol persona, and the demands of her new profession strain her and her manager, Rumi Hidaka. As Mima tries to redefine herself, an obsessive follower begins to stalk her, while an anonymous website fabricates intimate portrayals of her life. Meanwhile, CHAM! appears to thrive without her presence. These escalating intrusions and pressures intensify Mima’s anxiety and disorientation, pushing her toward a fragile mental state where the border between truth and delusion becomes increasingly unclear.
