Synopsis

Jing Jiu, still youthful despite wandering the green mountains, carries a sword spirit close to his heart. Living in a mountain village on the Chaotian Continent, he unexpectedly accepts Liu Shisui—a child born with Taoist talent—as his attendant. By chance the pair arrive at Qingshan Sect, where murmurs arise because the seemingly ordinary Jing Jiu has taken the exceptionally gifted Liu Shisui under his wing. At the sword inheritance gathering Jing Jiu encounters Zhao Layue, a Sanwu disciple from Shenmo Peak. Preferring a quiet life of cultivation, Jing Jiu hopes to train in peace, but fate draws him, Liu Shisui, and Zhao Layue into a wide-ranging conflict within the martial world. Amid shifting ambitions and alliances, their lives become entwined as tensions across the jianghu intensify.
