Synopsis

Set in an alternate universe evoking Edo-period Japan, the story places Luffy in the role of a law enforcer within a town beset by unusual events. The narrative unfolds across two consecutive adventures: the first centers on Buggy causing disorder throughout the community, while the second introduces a mysterious young woman named Vivi whose arrival affects the town's situation. This special weaves appearances by many familiar characters from the wider series into its episodes. A later two-episode continuation, broadcast as part of a New Year special, extends this alternate-world storyline after the initial installment.
