Synopsis

Monkey D. Luffy and his Straw Hat crew arrive on the Thousand Sunny to attend the Pirates Festival, a vast celebration organized by and for pirates. Buena Festa, who runs the event, invites the Straw Hats alongside the other Worst Generation crews to take part. The festival draws not only rival pirates but also Shichibukai and Marine personnel, allured by the festival's glamorous façade and the mysteries it conceals. Central to the festival is a contest: participants must locate one of the treasures left by Gol D. Roger. As teams pursue these relics, skirmishes escalate into an all-out free-for-all among the crews. The dynamics shift dramatically when an unforeseen pirate shows up, altering the nature of the competition and the stakes for everyone involved.
