Synopsis

Bonnie and Max, two exhausted crew members aboard Pirate Zap’s vessel, dream of fleeing but lack the funds to do so. Their conversation is overheard by three captive children, led by Amanda, the eldest, whose father was a professional treasure seeker. Amanda reveals knowledge of a significant hidden hoard and proposes a bargain: help the children escape cleanly, and they may claim as much treasure as they wish. The reluctant crew accept, and together the five manage a narrow getaway, reaching a small island where they encounter Luffy and his companions. Their respite is short-lived when pursuers catch up; both Luffy and Amanda are seized and returned to the command of the Bayan Pirates’ leader, who also covets the same treasure. Forced into conflict, Luffy and the group must confront the Bayan Pirates while pursuing the hidden fortune Amanda’s father left behind. Through the journey, Amanda—who long viewed quests for treasure with bitterness because they kept her father away—begins to grasp his perspective and the reasons behind his actions.
