Synopsis

When reports reach Monkey D. Luffy that islands across East Blue are being obliterated, he and his pirate crew set out to investigate. Their mission is interrupted by a bizarre ship descending from the sky, commanded by Shiki "the Golden Lion," a notorious pirate who consumed the Float-Float Fruit and became the first to flee Impel Down. Seeking to challenge the World Government, Shiki seizes Nami to serve as his personal navigator and strands the remaining Straw Hat Pirates on his levitating isles as captives, forcing Nami into a painful choice. Cut off from one another and trapped within terrain governed entirely by Shiki, Luffy and his friends must endure the strange, perilous landscape and overcome its challenges in order to reunite with their navigator and ally.
