Synopsis

Nami becomes severely ill, prompting the Straw Hat crew to sail to Drum Island to find medical aid. They discover only one doctor remains on the island: the solitary Dr. Kureha, who lives atop a mountain. With Nami weakened, Luffy and Sanji endure a difficult climb to reach her. At the same time, Wapol, the island's former ruler who contributed to the current scarcity of physicians, returns with his brother to reclaim power, threatening the islanders. The crew gains a new companion in Tony Tony Chopper, a half-human reindeer, and together they confront the hardships before them to secure medical help for Nami and to prevent Wapol from reinstating his oppressive rule.
