Synopsis

Once childhood playmates, Izumi Norimoto and Kazusa Onodera grew apart as adolescence altered how others and Kazusa herself regarded him. To avoid the scrutiny that followed, she distanced herself upon entering high school and found refuge in the literature club, where reluctant notoriety stems from their habit of reading explicit passages aloud and has left them without a faculty adviser. A casual bucket-list conversation introduces the idea of sex into the group’s daily thoughts, unsettling the five members’ routines and relationships. Kazusa’s accidental discovery of Izumi in an intimate moment forces her to confront complex feelings she has long suppressed. With emotional tension rising and the club at risk of being dissolved, the five girls must navigate their inner turmoil while trying to preserve both their friendships and the club that became their sanctuary.
