Synopsis

After being saved from drowning, a young woman named Chidori feels compelled to repay her rescuer. Though she appears innocent and unassuming, she is trained as an adept ninja. Years later, Chidori and her companion Sukezou enter the service of the man who rescued her, the determined warlord Nobunaga Oda. As Nobunaga defends his domain and pursues expansion into neighboring territories, Chidori is tasked with critical covert duties—ranging from intelligence gathering to targeted eliminations—to help secure his objectives. Alongside these assignments, she navigates interactions with Nobunaga’s family and retainers, maintaining her focus on supporting her lord’s ambitions.
