Synopsis

Lamune, a typical fourth-grade boy who enjoys video games, acquires a cartridge from a traveling peddler girl and helps her sell the remaining copies. After completing the game titled "King Sccasher," the peddler emerges from his television and implores his assistance, addressing him as "the Blood Relative of the Chosen Hero Lamuness." Revealed as Princess Milk, she transports him to Hara-Hara World where his mission is to restore the Guardian Knights. To accomplish this, Lamune must locate and unlock a shrine that contains Tama-Q, a robot who becomes his advisor and the key to liberating the Knights. The Guardian Knights are autonomous mechas, with the exception of King Sccasher, which is piloted by Lamuness. Their adversary is Don Harumage, supported by his lieutenants Da Cider and Lesuka.
