Synopsis

After the events of the first season, Arcadia faces a surge of Thanatos and the collapse of order as the Religious Organization struggles to contain the threat. The Aube Hunters, once celebrated, are held responsible for the outbreak that accompanied the disappearance of the Aube Hunters, leaving the city in despair. Six months after the Hidamari mansion was destroyed, public blame has hardened against those once called heroes. Despite widespread desolation, belief persists that the Queen’s Egg will reappear and restore Arcadia. Unbeknownst to most, the Aube Hunters have remained hidden, awaiting the awakening of Angelique, who has remained asleep since the tragedy.
