Synopsis

Miko Yotsuya suddenly perceives terrifying, unseen creatures that move among ordinary people, a reality no one else shares. Once content with quiet high school days and late-night scares as harmless entertainment, she now faces constant dread as these invisible beings intrude on daily life. Determined to shield others from the harm and disruption the apparitions cause, Miko chooses a strict rule: she will not recognize their existence under any circumstance. Though she refuses to engage with them, she must silently endure their presence and the emotional toll it takes, especially when their actions unsettle those she cares about—most notably her cheerful best friend Hana Yurikawa. To keep her friends safe and maintain a semblance of normalcy, Miko struggles through school and confronts crises she desperately wants to avoid, even when the encounters drive her to tears.
