Synopsis

Set in the year 220X, society relies on radio-wave systems and a global network called the Wave Road. Subaru Hoshikawa, a fifth-grade boy whose father died in a space incident, encounters War-Rock, a radio-wave lifeform from a remote FM planet. War-Rock hints at knowledge concerning Subaru’s father, but numerous alien forces pursue the visitor. Subaru and War-Rock join forces and combine into Rockman, a radio-wave human who travels the Wave Road to confront FM beings and radio-wave viruses that endanger Earth.
