Synopsis
Set in the year 20XX, young Netto Hikari begins fifth grade and is given a personalized net navi named Rockman. Though Rockman is smaller and often more level-headed than Netto, the two form a strong friendship. Net navis operate from within personal terminals (PETs) to assist their operators, and both children and adults take part in amicable Net Battles that pit navis against one another to test their capabilities.
