Synopsis

After escaping the Memory Museum, Sayaka Miki arrives in Mitakihara City bearing troubling information. Disturbed by what she learned, she tells Madoka Kaname and Homura Akemi where Mami Tomoe can be found and exposes the unsettling nature of magical girls’ existence. Aware of the harsh destiny that may await them, the three quickly commit to joining forces to rescue Mami. In Kamihama City, Yachiyo Nanami tracks supernatural “rumors” while searching for Hotel Fendt Hope, the Wings of Magius’ base, pursuing the only lead she has toward locating Iroha Tamaki, whose disappearance remains unresolved. Driven to reunite Team Mikazuki Villa, Yachiyo vows to dismantle the Wings of Magius and halt their dangerous schemes. As these efforts unfold, a looming catastrophic threat emerges that threatens to ignite a conflict with consequences for the whole world.
