Synopsis
The Yomota household appears ordinary: Kinekuni, a 42-year-old father; Tamiko, his 38-year-old wife; and their 17-year-old son Inumaru. Their routine is interrupted when a striking young woman shows up at their door, identifying herself as Maroko Yomota, Inumaru’s granddaughter who has come from the future using a time device to meet her forebears. Despite Tamiko’s firm resistance, Kinekuni and Inumaru permit her to remain with them, and the arrival of this future family member begins to disturb the previously stable balance of their home life.
