Synopsis

In a modest shop known as Time Photo Studio, two companions, Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang, offer an unusual service: they can step into clients' photographs. By inhabiting the perspective of the photographer, they reenact the moments captured in the image to investigate and resolve the requests placed before them. Each entry into a photo carries significant danger—an error could rewrite the future of the person who took the picture and trigger wider consequences. As the episodes they must relive begin to touch their own lives, the pair face the challenge of suppressing their personal feelings to concentrate on completing the tasks entrusted to them.
