Synopsis

In Xifeng City the Chu household is regarded as dishonored, its standing widely diminished. Chu Xing Yun nevertheless approaches Liu Xiang, the second child of the Shui family, with a composed and deliberate request that unsettles expectations. His behavior appears bold, yet it stems from knowledge shaped by memories of another life: he once fought as a courageous warrior for the Chu during the conflict that fractured the Chu and Shui families. That past informs his present choices and sets the stage for tense, consequential encounters between the two households.
