Synopsis

Yasuna is an ostensibly typical high school student whose everyday routine is repeatedly disrupted by her closest companion, Sonya, a small but highly trained assassin. Sonya’s professional reflexes and combat habits intrude on ordinary school situations, producing painful mishaps for Yasuna and absurd outcomes from innocent interactions. What should be simple gestures or school activities become physical and comedic misadventures because of Sonya’s instincts. Even Yasuna’s own ninja practice offers little protection against the unpredictable incidents that spring from this pairing. Presented as a lively four-panel manga adaptation, the series balances tender friendship with slapstick incidents, maintaining a lighthearted and humorous tone while depicting the odd, sometimes painful, but never mean-spirited consequences of their bond.
