Synopsis

Kazuma Yagami, who wields wind-based Fuujutsu, comes back to the aristocratic Kannagi residence four years after being expelled for failing to control fire and losing a duel to his younger cousin, Ayano Kannagi. His homecoming rekindles tensions, and soon several members of the Kannagi family are slain using Fuujutsu. Suspicion falls on Kazuma, with Ayano and others considering him responsible. Forced to confront the household that cast him out, Kazuma must both exonerate himself and collaborate—despite mutual hostility—with the family to identify the real murderer.
