Synopsis
This adaptation follows the Phantom Blood portion of the original five-volume arc, focusing on Jonathan Joestar, an aristocratic young man whose orderly life is disrupted by the arrival of Dio Brando. Dio, connected to Jonathan’s father, gradually becomes his rival as he grows fixated on an enigmatic, ancient stone mask kept by Jonathan’s family. The narrative explores the escalating tension between them and the consequences of Dio’s obsession with the mask’s mysterious properties.
