Synopsis

1999. The normally tranquil town of Morioh has become the center of unexplained events. Joutarou Kuujou, now working as a marine biologist, travels to Morioh to meet Jousuke Higashikata. Though they appear unfamiliar at first, Jousuke is revealed to be the illegitimate son of Joutarou's grandfather, Joseph Joestar, and their encounter shows unexpected personal connections beyond familial ties. Joining them are Kouichi Hirose, whose demeanor is gentle, and Okuyasu Nijimura, more loud and impulsive. Together, the four investigate a series of disappearances and other unsettling phenomena afflicting the town. Equipped with the supernatural abilities known as Stands, they confront threats around every corner as they work to piece together the causes behind Morioh's growing danger, striving to stop further tragedies while preserving the town's fragile peace.
