Synopsis

Orario's Goddess Festival fills the labyrinthine city with color and ritual, celebrating fertility and honoring deities, including the figure revered as the Goddess of Beauty. Bell Cranel, having returned to ordinary life after surviving the dungeon's lethal depths, is prepared to partake in the festival’s commotion. His plans shift when he finds a note slipped to him at a small bar in a tucked-away district of the city: a request from a girl named Syr asking Bell to attend the festival together, just the two of them. Syr's focused resolve influences Bell and reverberates through Orario, upsetting the calm of the celebration. At the same time, the Einherjar—warriors who proclaim themselves the strongest—begin to take unexpected action, adding another layer of tension as the festival unfolds.
