Synopsis

On her first day at her father's modest talent agency, Tsumugi Takanashi is unexpectedly assigned to oversee a newly formed male idol ensemble. Though surprised that her father entrusted her with such a significant responsibility so early, she commits herself to supporting the seven young performers. Observing their cohesion and potential, she brings up the group with her father and discovers he expects her to reduce the lineup to three or fewer, mirroring the agency's leading act. Faced with the prospect of dismissing nearly half the members, Tsumugi conducts an urgent audition but ultimately refuses to remove anyone, arguing that each member contributes distinct qualities that strengthen the unit as a whole. Her decision spares all seven boys, who share relief and renewed determination. United under the name IDOLiSH7, they set out together to pursue their ambitions in a fiercely competitive idol scene, with Tsumugi determined to support the group through the challenges ahead.
