Synopsis

Yokosuka Girls’ Marine High School hosts visiting all-female maritime academies for interschool competitions, drawing students from various years into lively festivals and tournaments. Amid the celebratory atmosphere, Akeno Misaki, captain of the notable Harekaze class, and her executive officer Mashiro Munetani are confronted with unsettled emotions when their instructor offers Mashiro a chance to command the Hiei class. Mashiro must consider a consequential choice, and Akeno must address the implications of that decision. Their personal dilemma is soon overshadowed by a new crisis: pirates have seized control of a water purification facility and an offshore fortress, creating a significant maritime threat. Facing this emergency, Akeno and Mashiro are responsible for leading the Harekaze class through the dangerous situation while also managing the strain on their partnership and responsibilities.
