Synopsis

In Kyoto of 2027, a city transformed by advanced technology, Naomi Katagaki is a reserved, awkward student who keeps to himself. Ruri Ichigyou, a classmate, is distant and blunt but shares a quiet passion for books that draws Naomi’s attention. Intimidated by her cool demeanor, he hesitates to approach her. During a walk, Naomi witnesses a brief crimson aurora and soon encounters a three-legged crow and a hooded stranger. The stranger reveals himself as Naomi, ten years older, and says he has returned to avert a tragic event that will befall Ruri after she and Naomi begin a relationship. Skeptical at first, the younger Naomi follows the future version’s guidance and gradually reaches out to Ruri, resolved to alter what has been foretold. The story follows his attempts to deepen their bond and confront the possibility of changing fate.
