Synopsis

Ohana Matsumae works as a server at Kissui Inn but finds her initial spark dimming as daily routines settle in. Troubled by the loss of the enthusiasm she brought when she first arrived, she continues training Yuina Wakura—her classmate, friend, and the daughter of the rival Fukuya Inn proprietor—in an apprentice role. During this period, Ohana discovers old records that reference her mother, Satsuki, a figure about whom Ohana knows little; these documents promise insight into her family history. Alongside this personal search, the staff at Kissui Inn navigate everyday duties and face several challenges that put Ohana and her colleagues to the test.
