Synopsis
Gunpla, model kits that surged in recognition alongside the Mobile Suit Gundam series, waned before reemerging with a competitive purpose. Enabled by Plavsky particles, these models can now face one another in immersive, simulated duels, and the top competitors converge annually at the Gunpla World Tournament. Sei Iori, son of a former tournament finalist, aspires to win the event himself. Though highly skilled at constructing Gunpla, Sei lacks the combat intuition needed to pilot them effectively in matches. He encounters Reiji, a enigmatic youth with limited familiarity with society who nonetheless displays exceptional talent in Gunpla combat. Recognizing that their abilities complement each other, Sei and Reiji join forces with the goal of dominating the Gunpla World Tournament and reshaping the competitive Gunpla scene.
