Synopsis

In 2029, Scrooge flees a research installation where he had been held as a test subject. His physiology has been altered through genetic procedures, granting him psychic abilities he employs to eliminate those who pursue him. During his escape he encounters another captive, Carol, who was also experimented on. When three psychic hunters pursue them, Carol requests that Scrooge use his right arm to draw a weapon concealed within her body, forcing them to cooperate as they confront their pursuers.
