In the Winter Continuous Track Cup semifinals, Ooarai Girls’ Academy faces an early crisis when Continuation High School’s expert marksman disables their Anglerfish unit, forcing the team to adopt an alternate plan. With key players sidelined, Azusa Sawa steps into a temporary command role, revealing leadership qualities as Ooarai struggles to remain competitive. Meanwhile, Kuromorimine Girls’ Academy and St. Gloriana Girls’ College clash across a harsh desert stage. Erika Itsumi, employing a distinctive and unconventional set of tactics, pulls Kuromorimine back from near defeat and drives the match into an intense confrontation with St. Gloriana’s seasoned commander, Darjeeling. St. Gloriana’s recent acquisition of a familiar transfer further complicates Kuromorimine’s efforts. With the championship match looming, these four schools must overcome setbacks and strategic challenges; only two will advance toward the title.
