Synopsis

The quarterfinal stage of the Winter Continuous Track Cup unfolds as schools push themselves to the limit. What began as a tense exchange between Ooarai Girls Academy and Chi-Ha-Tan Academy has evolved into a grueling 12-hour engagement through dense terrain, with neither side gaining clear dominance and most combatants depleted. Despite fatigue, Miho Nishizumi and her crew press on through the night, seeking an opening to strike decisively. Elsewhere on the field, Kuromorimine Girls Academy, under Erika Itsumi’s command, finds itself tested by Pravda High School; influenced by Maho Nishizumi’s counsel, Erika departs from Kuromorimine’s customary disciplined methods and manages to shift momentum. Concurrently, St. Gloriana Girls College competes against Anzio High School, while Saunders University High School faces a challenging matchup with Continuation High School and its enigmatic marksman, Jouko. With only four semifinal berths available, each squad must perform at their peak to advance to the next round.
