Synopsis
Several months after the Ginza Incident, friction between the Empire and the JSDF intensifies amid ongoing peace talks in the expansive, enigmatic Special Region. International powers grow increasingly interested as information emerges about the technological constraints of the region's archaic societies. Lieutenant Youji Itami and his devoted circle of female companions find themselves entangled in the Empire's intricate court politics. Princess Piña Co Lada struggles to persuade her father that the JSDF does not intend to seize their realm. Pressured by factions on both sides of the Gate, Itami faces the prospect of taking more severe actions to achieve his objectives.
