While traveling to meet the Queen who oversees the Garden of Light, the Sage from the Garden of Clouds unintentionally loses an egg belonging to the Houhou. The egg drifts into the Garden of Rainbows, where a girl named Hikari discovers it. Her discovery soon attracts the interest of a powerful duo serving the Dark Lord, setting events in motion as these forces converge on the rainbow garden.
