Synopsis

Edward Elric gave up his body and soul to save his brother Alphonse, only to find himself stranded in the center of Munich, Germany. Confronted with a society altered by the economic fallout after World War I, he faces cultural displacement and the inability to use alchemy to return. Isolated, he continues to seek alternative means of escape, collaborating with associates who resemble faces from his past.
