Synopsis

Kaname Chidori, an outspoken student, and Sousuke Sagara, a dedicated soldier, begin with a tranquil school life that is shattered when the terrorist group Amalgam targets them. Leonard Testarossa, an Amalgam operative who holds special knowledge called "Whispered," aims to obtain Kaname and what she knows. The conflict ignites in the pair's neighborhood and escalates into missions across the globe, from Laos to a desolate Mexican shoreline. Sousuke conducts intelligence operations to undermine Amalgam while Kaname's latent capabilities develop alongside mounting inner conflict and frustration. Amid tactical maneuvers and evasive pursuits, the two navigate a tense interplay of pursuit and strategy, striving to maintain their connection and surpass their personal limits.
