Synopsis

In a world that runs alongside our own, 18-year-old Pastel, an orphan, lives with a small party of adventurers in a modest dwelling. She makes her living as a writer and as a mapper, recording settlements, landscapes, rivers and mountains with drawings and illustrations. Her companions hold her in high regard for her sharp mind and sincere nature. The household includes Clay, a young swordsman; Trapp, whose father leads a bandit crew; Kitton, a living lexicon descended from the Kitton line; Knoll, a large man with a gentle disposition; Whitey, a baby dragon; and Rumy, an infant sorcerer from the Elf tribe. Together this unusual ensemble encounters a variety of mysterious undertakings, ranging from treasure hunts and missing-person searches to riddling challenges and other unforeseen quests.
