Synopsis

Xiao Yan, recognized as the most talented fighter in the Xiao household, began disciplined training at age four. By ten he reached the ninth tier of strength and at eleven attained the tenth, becoming his family’s youngest top-level combatant. At twelve he unexpectedly loses nearly all his power, and over the following three years he endures ridicule from neighbors and the cancellation of his engagement. His fortunes shift when a spirit emerges from his ring and points him toward a path of restoration. Regaining his status within his family and community does not quell his deeper resolve; seeking retribution for the broken betrothal, he retreats to the mountains and, guided by an elderly herbalist, dedicates himself to rebuilding his abilities and growing ever stronger.
