Synopsis

Duanmu Yeyu, a young man from a tranquil village, was once rescued by Ember City's elite "Hell Hunters," inspiring him to pursue a similar path. As he journeys to Ember City to fulfill his ambition, he becomes entangled in unforeseen events. The antagonist, Lucifer, dispatches a bioengineered agent named MIKO-Taiyi to infiltrate the city and acquire confidential information. During an intense confrontation with the Hell Hunters, Taiyi sustains severe injuries and loses consciousness. Yeyu discovers Taiyi and, unaware of the agent's true identity, transports Taiyi to the Hell Hunters' facility for medical attention. In doing so, Yeyu inadvertently acquires a crucial mission device from Taiyi. As Yeyu commences his long-anticipated trial to become a Hell Hunter, his innocent gesture initiates a complex chain of events. Taiyi, needing to evade detection by Ember City forces, must discreetly approach Yeyu to recover the device. Simultaneously, Lucifer deploys a vast number of subordinates to locate the missing Taiyi. This sets in motion a widespread conflict across the city, originating from a simple act of compassion, which escalates into a struggle for Ember City's very existence.
