Synopsis

In a contemporary society, a minority of individuals are born with uncommon talents and supernatural capabilities distinct from ordinary people. An independent agency, known as the Deviant Control Office, is responsible for monitoring and managing these gifted individuals to prevent disruption. While some members of society support the agency’s role in preserving order and stability, others aim to exploit these rare powers to expand their influence and gain greater authority within the world.
