Synopsis

Yumeji Fujiwara, a high schooler who can perceive fragments of other people’s dreams by sensing their aura, usually treats the talent as a curious party trick. Despite the visions being indistinct, he repeatedly experiences the same disturbing nightmare himself. That pattern shifts when the nightmare manifests during daytime, triggered by a dream demon attempting to possess Yumeji’s body to enter the waking world. He is rescued by Merry Nightmare, an anomalous dream entity that can take physical form independently and seeks to return to the dream realm. As additional dream demons begin breaching into reality, Yumeji and Merry must confront the growing incursion to prevent nightmares from becoming real.
