Synopsis

On the island of Delmurin, former monsters freed from a dark ruler live peacefully, and Dai is the sole human among them. Brought up by the gentle monster Brass, Dai aspires to become a hero. His chance arrives when the demon lord Hadlar returns and the veteran hero Avan arrives to train Dai for the looming conflict. Hadlar reveals allegiance to an even greater evil and strikes to kill Avan. To protect his pupils, Avan casts a Self-Sacrifice spell that cannot fully overcome Hadlar. As defeat approaches for Dai and Avan’s other trainee, Pop, a mysterious symbol emerges on Dai’s forehead, granting him extraordinary abilities that allow him to repel Hadlar. Following these events, Dai and Pop set out on a quest to avenge Avan and work to restore peace to the world.
