Synopsis
Emperor Chiaotzu faces a personal crisis when his wife disappears. He is informed that collecting the seven Dragon Balls will enable him to summon the eternal dragon and request her return. This revelation initiates a widespread search for the powerful artifacts. Concurrently, Goku and Krillin are contestants in the World Martial Arts Tournament, an event organized by the Emperor himself. Separately, Bora and his son Upa endeavor to protect a Dragon Ball they possess from the Emperor's military, which operates under the command of the sinister Master Shen and General Tao. At the same time, Bulma undertakes her own expedition to find the Dragon Balls, accompanied by Yamcha, Puar, and Oolong.
