Synopsis
In the oddball community of Penguin Village, people coexist with talking animals and animated objects. Senbei Norimaki, an inventor driven to build the ideal robotic girl, completes his project in the form of Arale. She embodies unexpected traits: extreme myopia, a lack of practical judgment, and immense physical power that often complicates situations. Despite her good intentions, Arale’s innocent misunderstandings and unpredictable strength lead to a cascade of humorous mishaps affecting her neighbors and daily life in the village.
