Synopsis

A string: A gifted 17-year-old student discovers a supernatural notebook left in the human realm by a bored death god and quickly realizes that writing a person’s name in it causes their death. Confronted with a tool capable of deciding life and death, he adopts an alias and sets out to purge society of those he deems corrupt, driven by his own stringent sense of justice. His actions attract the attention of a highly methodical detective, and what begins as a quest to reform the world escalates into a tense, cerebral confrontation between two exceptionally clever minds, each willing to pursue their goals at any cost.
