Synopsis

On Hatsune-Jima, once famed for cherry trees that bloomed year-round until two years ago, life has settled into a quieter rhythm with ordinary seasonal blossoms. Jun'ichi Asakura, a senior preparing to graduate from Kazami Academy, lives among a circle of close friends. During a stormy summer day, a mysterious girl named Aisia appears at Jun'ichi’s doorstep searching for Sakura’s grandmother to learn magic and bring joy to people. Finding that grandmother Yoshino is deceased, Aisia mistakenly concludes that Jun'ichi can teach her. Even after realizing his only apparent skill is making traditional Japanese sweets, she persists in seeking the island’s magic. Her presence and quest unfold alongside the everyday changes at Kazami Academy, including the arrival of new medical staff.
