Synopsis
As digital devices supplant traditional drawing among children, the imaginative spark generated by their doodles has dwindled, endangering the floating Rakuga Kingdom whose existence depends on that creative energy. Facing imminent descent onto the cities below, the kingdom's princess urgently searches for a human able to use the 'Miracle Crayon.' Meanwhile, reformist forces from the airborne realm begin moving onto land to seize control. The magical crayon comes into the possession of young Shinnosuke "Shin-chan" Nohara, setting him on an adventure that will demand he reconnect with playful invention and resourceful imagination to protect his family, his town, and both worlds from disaster.
