Synopsis

A comedic action-adventure located in a bleak, futuristic setting. Tamiko Kaneari, who will become Shinnosuke's fiancée in the future, arrives by time machine and explains that her father, Masuzo Kaneari, has detained the grown Shinnosuke in that era. Believing the child's unique abilities are needed to free him, Tamiko transports five-year-old Shinnosuke along with members of the Kasukabe Defense Forces to Neotokio, a sprawling metropolis dominated by Masuzo Kaneari, the head of the influential electrical firm Kaneari Electric. The story follows their efforts and clashes within this controlled, high-tech cityscape.
