A comedic action-adventure about a mayor who outwardly champions environmental causes but secretly leads an extremist group aiming to alter humans into animals via a tainted beverage. When the drink transforms a boy’s father into a chicken and his mother into a panther, the family—joined by a mysterious woman named Victoria and partially animalized members of the local defense force—confronts the organization to prevent further transformations and reveal the leader’s true motives.
