Synopsis
Ryo Saeba, known as the City Hunter, operates as a private investigator in Tokyo. Hired by actress Emi Makaze to locate her missing brother, Ryo and his partner Kaori Makimura uncover that the sibling is a disturbed former soldier calling himself "The Professor." He is plotting an assault on the Shinjuku area. Kaori is assigned to watch over Emi, but both women become entangled in The Professor's dangerous plan. Ryo must rescue them and prevent the destruction of downtown Tokyo, balancing the rescue with stopping the escalating threat.
