Synopsis

After a brutal Central American regime is toppled by U.S. forces, a spirit bent on ruthless retribution emerges. The ousted leader and his devoted daughter exploit the Bay City Hotel’s newly installed supercomputer: she uses her expertise to convert the system that handles guest services into a delivery mechanism for a nuclear strike aimed at Washington. Their plan of nuclear retaliation encounters an unexpected obstacle—City Hunter. The situation becomes a tense confrontation of speed and skill, centered on whether the daughter can activate the weapon or the lone gunslinger can stop her.
